The programme starts with an in-depth health assessment - laboratory tests, body composition analysis, anthropometric measurements and a detailed metabolic and cardiovascular risk assessment. An individual treatment and lifestyle plan is developed by an endocrinologist, with input from a cardiologist, nutritionist and other healthcare professionals as needed, according to individual needs and clinical situation.  During the programme, participants are provided with ongoing professional support, including clinic nurses - regular progress reviews, practical help and close communication throughout the programme.
