Sports Health Kit

This kit is designed for active people and athletes. It provides a comprehensive health check-up and additionally includes a cardiologist and physiotherapist to help you safely improve your athletic performance and maintain good health. The Sports Health Kit includes a general health check and additional tests:

Consultation with a family doctor/internist

Assessment of the patient’s general condition, physical examination, BMI, history taking, blood pressure monitoring, investigation plan, SCORE risk assessment, oncology screening

Laboratory tests

Complete blood count +EGA, Ferritin, Creatinine, Plasma glucose, ASAT, ALT, Bilirubin, Alkaline phosphotase, Urea, Total protein, Sodium, Potassium, Total cholesterol, High density cholesterol, Low density cholesterol, Triglycerides, 25-OH-vitamin D (D3+D2), TSH – Thyrotropic hormone, Free T4, Testosterone, Plasma cortisol

OSA screening

Obstructive sleep apnoea risk assessment

USG of abdominal organs

Ultrasonography is a diagnostic test that uses high-frequency sound waves, or ultrasound, to produce images of various organ and soft tissue structures. The examination is safe, painless and harmless. It does not emit radiation and gives detailed and fast information about the body part to be examined.

12-lead ECG

Electrocardiography is an examination that provides important information about abnormal heart rhythms. This method records and graphically displays the electrical potential of the heart during cardiac activity.

Echocardiography

Echocardiography is an ultrasound examination of the heart. The method is based on the registration of ultrasound signals reflected by the heart structures. Echocardiography provides information on the functional state and structure of the heart – atria and ventricles (heart cavities), their dimensions, walls and valves, as well as the presence of accessory structures, the condition of the heart muscle (localisation and extent of myocardial tissue damage; signs of inflammation) and contractility.

Holter monitoring 24 hours

Holter monitoring is a diagnostic test that records heart rhythm and frequency in various everyday situations. It allows long-term recording of the electrocardiogram (ECG), recording the heart rhythm at rest and during normal activities.

Veloergometry

Veloergometry is a method of checking cardiovascular health under conditions of increasing exertion by recording an electrocardiogram. It is also known as the exercise test.

The test is prescribed to assess exercise tolerance, heart rate, arterial blood pressure and other exercise-related parameters. This also means if heart disease is suspected, especially coronary heart disease or angina. In heart disease patients, cycle ergometry can assess the effectiveness of treatment, exercise tolerance and risk factors.
