General health kit

This kit gives an overview of your overall health, including your heart health. The aim of this kit is to identify potential diseases early, assess your cardiovascular health, and evaluate your overall well-being and health.

It includes a comprehensive health check-up, including a GP consultation, physical examination, laboratory tests and additional investigations:

Consultation with a family doctor/internist

Assessment of the patient’s general condition, physical examination, BMI, history taking, blood pressure monitoring, investigation plan, SCORE risk assessment, oncology screening

Laboratory tests

Annual health panel for 18- 40 year olds:

Complete blood count +EGA, D-Dimers, Creatinine, Plasma glucose, ASAT, ALT, Alpha amylase, Sodium, Potassium, Total cholesterol, High density cholesterol, Low density cholesterol, Triglycerides, Apolipoprotein A1/B (index), Lipoprotein (a), 25-OH-vitamin D (D3+D2), Homocysteine, Highly sensitive CRO, TSH – Thyrotropic hormone, Anti HIV1/2 , HIV1 Ag, Anti HCV

Urine analysis

OSA screening

Obstructive sleep apnoea risk assessment

12-lead ECG

Electrocardiography is an examination that provides important information about abnormal heart rhythms. This method records and graphically displays the electrical potential of the heart during cardiac activity.

Echocardiography

Echocardiography is an ultrasound examination of the heart. The method is based on the registration of ultrasound signals reflected by the heart structures. Echocardiography provides information on the functional state and structure of the heart – atria and ventricles (heart cavities), their dimensions, walls and valves, as well as the presence of accessory structures, the condition of the heart muscle (localisation and extent of myocardial tissue damage; signs of inflammation) and contractility.

Doppler of the brachiocephalic (neck) vessels

Doppler is a diagnostic technique that uses ultrasound waves to assess blood flow through blood vessels (arteries and veins). During the examination, images of the blood vessels are obtained, the direction and speed of blood flow is recorded and possible blockages are identified. This allows you to judge the changes caused by diseases and the functional state of your blood vessels.

Holter monitoring 24h

Holter monitoring is a diagnostic test that records heart rhythm and frequency in various everyday situations. It allows long-term recording of the electrocardiogram (ECG), recording the heart rhythm at rest and during normal activities.
