This kit focuses on the metabolic health of the body. It aims to assess your metabolic status and make recommendations to improve your health and quality of life. The Metabolic Health Kit includes a general health check-up, a nutritionist consultation and additional tests:

Consultation with a family doctor/internist

Assessment of the patient’s general condition, physical examination, BMI, history taking, blood pressure monitoring, investigation plan, SCORE risk assessment, oncology screening

Laboratory tests

Annual health panel for 18- 40 year olds:

Ultrasound of the thyroid gland

Ultrasonography is a diagnostic test that uses high-frequency sound waves, or ultrasound, to produce images of various organ and soft tissue structures. The examination is safe, painless and harmless. It does not emit radiation and gives detailed and fast information about the body part to be examined.

During the consultation, the patient’s diet is analysed and a personalised diet plan is created
