Advises mainly children from the age of 4 and young people who are active in a sport or want to take up a sport. Assesses physical development, physical and functional status of organ systems, adaptations and contraindications to increased physical activity, as well as suitability for the chosen sport. Advises on injury prevention, diagnosis and treatment of sports-related injuries. If necessary, prescribes additional examinations and consultations with other specialists.
